22nd August: Urgent message: doXtop temporarily not available

Dear doXtop users

We want to inform you that our free social publishing platform doXtop is temporarily not available. Our provider Strato (Germany Berlin) shut down our FrontEnd server with no warning on Friday 2pm CET due to a copyright complaint - that we didn't see yet.

We took immediate action - did everything Strato requested in this case - and hope to be back live soon.

We also will implement a solution that avoids this type of problem in the future.

In the meanwhile we can just apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to stay with us. Your data are safe in doXtop and we'll be back for sure.If you want to contact us and get information about our products - please visit the Coextant Systems Homepage or eMail to [e-mail].

There's a big barrier between Strato and its customers. We have been taken of the net from the "abuse" department - Their eMail adress is "Abuse-Server" and our case# (Auftragsnummer is 2319460). I called the hotline to get a personal email adress or tel # but the support says they dont have access to thos department themselves
